Public Sector Services

KFW has built a reputation for taking on projects that host unique challenges and providing innovative solutions—especially in the realm of the Public Sector. We have key staff with substantial experience planning, designing, and managing construction on a variety of government projects throughout South Texas.
KFW’s expansion into the Public Sector began with the Ave Maria Outfall project in 2008, and has grown to working on the Mountain View Estates Phase III project for the 2012-2017 City of San Antonio Bond. Our efforts earned us some of the most groundbreaking Public Works projects in San Antonio to include civil engineering and surveying services for the Bluewing Solar Project—the first solar array farm in San Antonio. The solar array farm holds over 12,000 solar panel supports within a 140-acre tract and currently produces peak power outputs over 14 MW.
With our pioneering technology and skilled team, we were awarded the civil design and surveying services for the City of San Antonio Capital Improvement Project. Using InfraWorks, we processed geospatial and utility data for a custom civil drainage presentation that lead city reviewers on an aboveground fly-though of the project’s surface and then the project’s underground utilities.
KFW holds the same values and client-first attitude with our Public Sector projects that have driven us to succeed in Private Land Development. We offer these services with a team of proven industry experts who are dependable, efficient, and experienced.
